Ice Scramble

Since it's so hot, I have to share what keeps us a little bit cool in the past few days. Before Starbuck, Infinitea, and other fancy shops, we have the classic "Ice Scramble".
The vendor is usually riding a bike but now they are riding a motorcycle now. I like the way the vendor will just shout for everyone to know that they are around. But recently, they have to be discreet about it because they can get arrested for getting out of the house to earn a living.
But I miss it a lot and I want to support these people who are trying to just make a living. So I always check if they are already roamig around. I also like buying some vegetables from the grandma's around even if I don't have a plan to buy anything. it's my own way of helping them out, I guess.

This gives me fond memories of my childhood. I kind of miss scramble. I hope he doesnt get arrested after all it is food which is basic necessity.

It's a necessary type of business so it seems that the officials are being lenient to those who are selling food.

Those are small marshmallows. You just have to put some flavors in shaved or crush ice and put some toppings.

@cherriefic oow.. okey... lets try it someday. Maybe to make it fresher... can we add with a small piece of colourfull fruit like strawberry
