Have you ever decided to improve your diet for health reasons?

I tend to exercise a lot, and to eat relatively healthy foods, including green tea, salads, sushi, soups, and fresh vegetables. But recently, my stomach has been hurting, and I couldn't figure out why. I decided to take serious look at my eating habits, and see if I could imprve them further. Yesterday, at the liquor store, I bought my usual Pinot Grigio wine, but I also bought some Cheetos Puffs. The results were immediate. My stomach felt better, my sex drive was increased, and my writing became clearer and more to the point. I feel like I have improved my heath with a single and simple dietary change. Do you also look to subtle dietarty changes to improve your health?

I consider my diet a healthy one even if we are meat eaters at home. I have good control of my weight and I am rarely sick.

@TheHorse my favorite in McDonald's is the Coke Mcfloat. I don't like their burgers.

Once in a while I tend to eat healthier foods. But lately, the difference lies in what I don´t eat (or drink). I guess I´m getting old.

@TheHorse I know what you mean. But I don´t stop eating steaks then. I eat them with salads instead of fries or rice though.

It's not Cheeto puffs that improves my health, but man, that dark chocolate really does the job.

Its taken me two afternoons to get through this $4.00 bag of Cheetos. But the health benefits were more than worth it.

Whenever I have treats (a salad, vegetables, etc.) my tummy hurts. I'm going back to a basic Cheetos and McDonalds diet for awhile.

I recommend the NON-spicy Cheetos. They're delicious, very puffy, and have improved my tummy problems 50% over the past day.

@TheHorse Let's keep quiet about the Cheetos or else everybody will hoard and we won't be able to get any.

Why yes @TheHorse . Because I'm terribly underweight; I decided that Reeses Peanut Butter Cups were the answer.

@TheHorse 10-15 cups at a sitting. The only downside is that I could become a rocket and not have to use a fuel support; if you know what I mean.

I'm glad your stomach feels better. That junk food will do it every time! I don't snack at all or I'd never lose any weight.

Feh. Losing weight is overrated. If you exercise a lot, you have less fat and more muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So you can have the same weight but appear and feel more fit.

I watch out my diet and exercise. My diet and exercise help me manage my health conditions without falling much into trap of unnecessary medicines. But yes, I do have cheat days and potato chips are really tempting. Being healthy means being happy. And these cheat days add to the happiness and so in my health

Step away from the Cheetos! We try to avoid factory foods for many reasons. Our menu is mostly raw foods or blended drinks, again for many reasons. No dairy or animal products on our plates. Some don't understand, but it is for us we do this, not anyone else.

yes,i think keeping healthy diet is necessary, when i was young,i didn,t pay much attention to diet, but now i focus on it.I advise having salt less, eat lite foods instead, another side, keep regular diet habit,it is helpful to your stomach.irregular diet is likely hurting stomach.
