Yesterday
Can I just say rinse and repeat? That's kind of what it was, a rinse and repeat kind of day. Did get food from a restaurant, some things did open up in NC (phase 1), but yeah... Rinse and Repeat.
I can't stop watching AquaChigger on youtube.
Today
I might actually read!
I haven't been doing that lately, but yesterday, while trying to find a book that I had read and liked, I came across one I haven't read in a long while but remember enjoying. I also still have a book that I need to finish (I barely started it).
I want to try to write 1,500 words today. Yesterday it was just 500 (I gave myself some slack since I wrote around 1,500 the day before). Anyway...
How was your Friday?
(Yes, it is Saturday, but I'm asking about Friday)

Friday was non eventful here. I did talk to someone at OSU about getting my dad in a study though, they are of course closed down due to Corona but hopefully will open when the campus does..Not wild about this study though, first of all it is in Columbus OHio, and they make you go through all sorts of procedures first before letting you know if you are suitable for the study, most studies do have a component like that but not days of testing..They aren't going to be thrilled with that..I will keep looking, but keep this one on the back burner.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It is if the people don't want to do it..they would have to stay overnight at least..and I could just imagining doing all that to be told you don't qualify..not cool..

@snowy22315 Ah okay. I misunderstood. For some reason I thought all of these tests were after whatever they have to do to qualify a person for a study.. So it's before? Yeah, no, I wouldn't be happy with that either.

Hopefully these studies / trials will start opening back up soon. The OSU study sound more thorough, which may not be an altogether bad thing.

Just fine and today is Saturday in our place. It's our market day.

It is Saturday here too... but since these discussions are mostly about the day before, I always ask about the day before....

@ScribbledAdNauseum I'm sorry. I just want to react on this by informing you. If nothing matters forget it and thanks for your reply.

Yesterday was glorious! The sun was out and Little Miss and I went for a walk twice yesterday. First walk was in the morning. On Monday-Friday we walk to the mailboxes to get her free school lunch. While waiting for the bus, we walk around looking at nature and sometimes she runs a race against a timer.
The afternoon walk was after we had lunch. It was still warm enough to venture out, but the clouds were starting to roll in and blocked out a lot of the suns warming rays. We did walk a little further. She gathered up some pine cones and flat rocks. The rocks are for an art project that we will be doing next week.
Today we are staying inside. We got 4 inches of snow. Under the snow is mud. Not a good combination. So, I will leave cartoons on for her to watch so I can get some housework done. Then it will be back to the sewing machine so I can finish up an order for masks.

@ScribbledAdNauseum weird weather for us all. The snow is still present in spots. But, today we are supposed to get to the upper 50's and later this week it will be 70!!!

@ElusiveButterfly I'm not sure about later this week, today I think our high is only in the fifties. Our low is 32 or 36, I forget which.

I'm glad that schools are giving lunches to the kids. I think our area does the same thing, and even lets adults have a meal for $1.00.
Wow, 4 inches! I know that lots of areas up north are getting snow, and even our mountains here in NC saw a bit of it as well.

I've been a bit better with remembering the days since I've started doing this. The past two months I've forgotten what day it was!
Well, keeping busy is good I think.

You can ask about Friday or Saturday. They will both be the same. Nada. Nothing. Zero! What is AquaChigger?

Today is winding up to be a "nothing" sort of day as well. I mean, I did start a load of dishes...
AquaChigger is on youtube. He pans for gold and metal detects. I watched a video the other day where he was at Patsy Cline's grandparent's house somewhere in Virginia. He went through the dilapidated house in one video, and then in another he metal detected.

@LindaOHio Yes, though admittedly I'd be more frustrated panning for gold myself. I'd rather dig in the mud for remnants of our nation's history.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Ah, yes, the gold panner and metal detector. Both interesting pastimes.

Hmm, true. I just write when inspiration strikes and try not force myself to write when it doesn't.

@amitkokiladitya Today I do not feel much like writing, but I put a few words on the page at a time, ony when I think of them.

I like regular days. Not a big fan of the days that surprise me.
