Ferret cage updates

Day 57 of this covid-19 stuff, is we for a package the day before with the new piece to our ferret cage. So we took the time yesterday evening to take a part the old set up. Clean it out, put new litter in for ferrets. Rearrange things around, and hey look we made a ferret cando with an apartment for them to hand out in. We plan on getting another set to make it easier for the ferrets to use the tunnel but for now we are using some light weight empty boxes to help with the slop.
They love extra room. Apparently this now part of my Mother’s Day gifts!

I didn’t want it as part of my Mother’s Day, but that’s okay if it is. Tomorrow I really just wanted a day of sleep and hot meal. For me it’s more like half a Mother’s Day since the kids dad is coming home from work tomorrow morning.
