It is not really a party, only that the Venezuelan usually takes advantage of any situation to make a very unfortunate situation in something funny, we have 2 days with constant electrical fluctuations, every 10 minutes they happen and you go out to buy in the market and you find yourself with people talking about the 2 great night out that the government has given us, referring to fluctuations and power cuts for more than 5 hours in a row and with temperatures of more than 38 °.
