My greetings and respect to all mothers in the world.
My mother passed away almost seven years ago. Last Wednesday was her birthday but we're not able to visit at the cemetery because of the situation neither today.
Mom is fond of cooking native delicacies out from the local produce. We have here a variety of rice. One of those is the glutinous rice which is good to make sweet dishes including rice cake.
Last night, I made a rice cake from I think a duplication of mom's recipe but I don't know if it's close to her. I also share some of this to my sisters as we have had lunch at my sister's house this Sunday afternoon.

Since we are technically under a quarantine period we could not get what we really wanted to eat. We tried the whole day trying to book a rider to order us food of our liking but no one seems to respond to our booking so we just ended ordering milk tea instead
. So our meal was just the ordinary meals we usually cook and no special meals for today.

@ZedSmart Oh that is really terrible. We ordered the milk tea late in the morning and it was delivered to us almost 6 in the evening. I was really losing hope they would deliver it Monday since it’s almost curfew time already but it arrived past 6pm.
