Back in the day, I babysat a little boy. I did not know how to cook. However, he'd always say "egg sandwich". So, I did the best that I could. Sometimes runny. Sometimes a little over done. Now I am a self-taught cook and quite good. However, I wish I would known the following recipe. But, at the time, there were no Wi-Fi or laptops. Also, maybe a good lesson to you if all you have in the kichen are eggs and bread.
