Many months ago, I found this recipe on YouTube for tuna salad. It is my most favorite recipe for tuna salad! I like so much better than with mayonnaise and eggs. The trick is to leave in the fridge overnight. You are going to love this recipe!

@JohnRoberts Alot of people like with mayonnaise. I find sour cream to give a little different taste.

It looks like a very good recipe. I'd use fresh parsley (substitute tablespoons for teaspoons when using fresh herbs rather than dried): dried parsley simply doesn't have the zing of fresh! I also like to use freshly milled pepper for much the same reason: ready ground pepper very quickly loses its characteristic aroma, just leaving the heat.

@Spontaneo Well, if you're going to put it in the fridge overnight (a good idea to let the flavours blend). a little extra effort picking and chopping the parsley seems to me to be well worth it. The sauce (using sour cream and lemon juice) could easily be adapted with the addition of tomato ketchup to work with prawns as well.
