I usually take a bath with cold or fresh water. But in certain condition i take a bath with warm water, just like when i have fever, sick, or the weather is very cold.
Warm water is also good relieve our body from tiredness

I usually do a warm shower and then at the end I will change the water to cold because it feels refreshing after warm water

Yes i mean fresh water. Because theres no cold water at there... except in the mountainious place

Some like it hot, some like it cold, some like it from the tap, as I do. Lukewarm water soothes me fine.

In the hot day.. we can take a bath more often :). It can make us rilex and fresh. Theres no summer in my place... but it is sunny day along the time

Yeah.. the water being hot or normal because the weather is so hot. So we can take bath with fresh water... in order to get the freshnees

It's depends up on your body condition.. In my home my hubby like hot water only in any season but I like cold water in summer, hot water in Winter..
