Happy Mother's Day to all mother's out there.
My mom isn't perfect, but I love her.
My mom and I argue almost everyday, but I love her.
My mom plays favorites even at this time, i don't mind. But I love her
My mom sometimes is annoying but it's ok. But I love her.
My mom wants things done, right now and is so impatient. But I love her.
My mom wouldn't admit her mistake but all you can do is sigh. But I love her
My mom says things that sometimes denies saying them. But I love her
My mom are not the best of friends but I know she loves me. And I love her.
But you know what, I won't be here if not for her and I love her for that.
Growing up, she gave us the best life one could have and I love her for that
My first breakup during my teenage years, she comforted me and sang me the song Smile and I loved her for that
I grew up having strict parents, she's the disciplinarian in the house. And I love her for that.
Mommy has taught us to be grounded and be humble even if we used to have people to do things for us and we were taught how to work. I love her for that.
All our activities/competitions, mom would always be there. I love her for that
Even now that I'm an adult, she still does some things for me like cook for me, drive for me, does the laundry, pay bills for me.
My mom always has our back and I admit sometimes I fail to reciprocate them. I know I've hurt my mom at times but I try to make it up when I can.
I love my mom and no matter what I will be there for her. And she knows that.
My mom kno s, I love her
My relationship with my mom is perfectly not perfect.
And I only have one mom and I love her for who she is and what she has made of me... sometimes...hahahaha

Usually every mother's day we either go out and eat what my mom likes to eat or we prepare here at home. But this time is so different, we can't go out because of the lockdown. I would usually get even just a stem of flowers for my mom or buy her whatever I can afford that she likes. Then, my sister's would surprise my mom by sending food via online.
Last Sunday, we our celebration was simple. The only gift my niece and I can give to my mom (her grandmother) was to do things like chores and we didn't make her work for the day....hahaha....Actually that's a routine already in the house. But what made it different? I started the day cleaning the house then prepared breakfast. Instead of cooking and baking in the house we just ordered and have them delivered to our doorstep. It's the first time that we did not prepare personally. It's sad.
We just made the most out of it. Whatever we have at home, we just do with it.
Before we all slept we said our i love you's to our mommy.
How did you spend your mother's day in this pandemic?
