Craving something sweet but trying to stay away?

These are a great option. They are gluten free and while not keto they do help me quit craving something sweet and help me stop finding something to snack on. Two cookies per serving has 18 g of carbs 11 of them being sugar, 110 Cal, 4g fat. Even though sugar is added it doesn't taste like it and doesn't store up the sugar cravings for more. Plus when I do have any I stick to one cookie. And weeks go by before I remember they are there. ~~~~ Exercise update: We were up later than normal last night and I woke up first so I did some modified bridges shared in my first exercise post, I think. Today I merely lifted my butt off the bed rather than putting my knees in the air first and pulled in my gut, butt and glutes and held to a count of 25 with three reps. We have a plumber coming tomorrow so I good a lot of steps in putting things away and getting ready for work. Unfortunately I didn't realize my phone was elsewhere until I was almost done so I've no clue how many steps I really got.
