I'm guessing for about a three hour nap in my chair in the living room. Not long after I had woken up, the phone rang and it was the Health center wanting to reschedule and appointment that I had. It wound up being a better time/day than I had originally scheduled, so I was happy about that--it's actually the same day as another phone appointment that I had with another doctor, only earlier. Right now, all I feel like doing is lying down again. I hope that you have had a good day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !

I had a good day seeing my cardiologist via a video conference call this morning to receive the good news that my kidneys and digestive system are fine.

It’s 8am where I live and the day is going to be sunny according to the Met service. I hope you have a nice evening too.

I'm sorry you aren't well? Do you have the virus if you don't mind my asking?

No, I don't mind--I wonder that too. I don't have a fever that I can tell, and at first I didn't feel nauseous but now I kind of do. I've stayed in all day.

@xstitcher It's best to stay in if you aren't feeling well. I have allergies and that mimics the virus but I check my temperature and it's normal.
