Monkeys are so much fun

I took some pictures of this guy hanging in what looked like a jungle gym, made especially for these monkeys I guess. Initially he was swinging on them then he hung in a weird position and went to sleep, I guess. It was fun watching his acrobatics and eating something with his hands .
It was only later that I figured out that the guy had some kind of tumor on his back. Do you think monkeys are fun, sometimes even adorable when they are eating or caring for their babies or even grooming each other?
I find their babies so adorable. What do you think?

I think monkeys are cute but they are pretty scary if they think you have food. Once I was in a monkey park in Japan and it said not to take any food out while you were there. In spite of that, one of the monkeys ran up and tried to grab my camera (in the days when we took cameras with film).

@petatonicsca my husband had a pair of sunglasses taken off his face by a monkey when we lived in Singapore. The monkey was a tame one called Meemi belonging to a laundry man and it jumped on my husband's back grabbed his sunglasses and climbed on the laundry roof and would come down. It was the next day before he got his sunglasses back. It was a fairly big monkey and you are right it was a bit scary.

i love monkeys they are the coolest. Lopburi, which has a part of the old city given to the Monkees was a frequent stop when we lived in Thailand!

When I was in grade school, a neighbor has a monkey that was loose. Sometimes the monkey comes to our roof. I enjoyed looking at the monkey playing on the trees.
