Our neighbor gave me a rice cake yesterday. Am not sure if it is its English name. It is a sweetened sticky rice. To be honest, I don't like it much. I'm not really fond of such but I took it and said thank you. Now, it is in the fridge. My husband does not eat it too.

When you say rice cake, it can be any of the following - puto, bibingka, kalamay, biko, sapin-sapin, etc.
