My brother's gf came over, and she was going to take her lap top out in the back yard so that we could do the Zoom session with her kindergarten class there, but my next door neighbor was in his backyard power washing his deck, so that wouldn't have worked to well.
So, we did our session from the kitchen table. Bro's gf explained some things to me, and one or two kids came on at a time--I think she had nine or ten when everyone was there.
First bro's gf had the kids go on a scavenger hunt; first, "For something orange" and then "For something that starts with the letter 'S'" (one of the little girls brought her older brother into the screen for that one, it was cute).
Then I read one of the books I chose, which wasn't as hard as I thought it would be (after I was done reading a line I had to move the book closer to the computer so the kids could see the picture better). Some things don't change from preschool to kindergarten--bro's gf asked if the kids wanted to "ask (me) any questions" and one of the kids said, "I like the USA American flag on your shirt."
Then bro's gf turned on some music and the kids danced to it from where they were, and soon after that we were done.
I took Angel for a walk, and now the remainder of the afternoon/evening is my own.
Having some different experiences in this lockdown thing...

Sounds like a fun time with the kids. I hope you and Angel had a good walk.

that's very creative, it must be hard to plan a kinder class online!!, seems like the children had fun, that's nice
