Slow Reopening

Our town is slowly coming to life, the Douglass Restaurant and Saloon is doing a deep cleaning today and getting ready for a reopening with outdoor dining, the blacksmith has reopened, the Candy Kitchen, allowing no more than five people in the store at rye time. They have the best hand dipped chocolates. Our county has only had two cases, on the opposite end of the county, both sheltered in place and recovered thankfully. But yes there are concerns that when we fully reopen people from other areas will come up and bring the virus with them. I do understand the need for a slow reopening, and am grateful that our businesses are taken the necessary steps to ensure safety. There are several sanitizing stations throughout the state Park, Old Town... I am still doing my best to go out for walks when the weather permits. I think living where I do allows me to safely do that without much worry, and I am definitely aware of what is going on around me.

Many places have opened back up here, many never closed. I have never worked so much in the past few months in my life. While many stayed home I did not and I never wore a mask.

I work with the Children at our church but our church was closed not seeing them was sad. Some stores here require mask, the little store behind us because one of the owners has a compromised immune system due to Cancer

We are inn a great problem in the city where I live so the authorities have decreed lockdown. I don´t mind. I have been in a self imposed lockdown for a long time.
