Carrot Cake

I want a slice of carrot cake right now. It's one of my favorite cake flavors. I can finish two slices in just one sitting. My favorite would be from Gloria Jeans. However, they have closed down the branch here in our area a few months back since a lot of people are unfamiliar with the brand.
What is your preferred flavor of cake?

I also like carrot cake. I cannot find it here so will just dream about it. I am sorry that the place where you got it closed down. I love chocolate cake with white icing in the middle.

I have a very old oven and cannot afford to get a new one so I just use the burners and not the oven part so cannot make it myself.

The cake looks really delicious!
I haven't had a cake since a long time.

@freelancermariagrace i would do with any of them, I grew up with Goldilocks when it was number 1 but later Red Ribbon became more popular but more expensive.

since i have a heart ailment, all of the food i take in should be: low salt, low fat, low in sugar content, high protein.
i have a sweet tooth, and i crave for chocolate cakes. but thinking about my sugar intake, i intentionally would not munch even a piece of a triangle Toblerone; i give my share to my son.

I love carrot cake but haven't had it in a long time. I am not much of a sweet eater so I don't like most cakes but if I do I like chocolate cake with boiled icing.
