It's the end of a work week for me. Two days off to catch up on laundry, to empty the trash in my room, to make sense of what's left in the fridge, and to put away one of the many baskets of clean clothes in my room. To make it extra exciting, one of the teens has a birthday on Monday and has requested a specialty cake! It's supposed to be a Ho-Ho cake, like the Hostess treat. If anyone has any tips for making a Swiss roll type of cake (especially how to roll one up without cracking), please leave them in the comments below. In the photo, I'm wearing one of the facemasks that my store is selling. Are these lemons or grapefruit or some other kind of fruit on the fabric? I just thought it was pretty and my sewing skills are limited.

Those are lemons life left me so many I Know and made lemonade. The cake you are on your own out of my league I can cheer you up with cool song.
