When I don’t feel like eating rice at times, I use couscous as a substitute. Couscous is actually a type of pasta made of barley or wheat. What I love about it is it is easy to prepare - perfect if you are always on the go. You can make a lot of recipes using couscous. All you need to do is to research.

@freelancemariagrace I eat couscous regularly. I prefer it to rice or potatoes. Last night I had it with a spicy chickeny tomatoy kind of sauce
