My 9 year old told me yesterday that she thought her little brother who is 5 eating his gluten free bagel with jelly is gross! I told her lots of people eat bagel with all kind of things and jelly isn’t that odd at all or weird it’s pretty normal. Some people eat it with peanut butter or butter or even cream cheese. There is tones of others but I didn’t want to keep the list going.

@ShyBear88 I find that everyone eats whatever they want on their bagel. I never knew there was a gluten free bagel. I have toasted mine in my toaster oven and put butter on it or cream cheese. Tuna also tastes good oni it.

Gluten free stuff is more common depends on where you live. We have a lot of people in my area that live gluten free or have to live gluten free.

@Hannihar typically people don’t worry about looking to see if things do or do not have gluten unless you need to. In your case like you said you don’t have to worry about so it makes sense that you don’t look.

@Writingghost Oh so hard to choose. I like blueberry if I am having them for breakfast but I also like everything bagels other times of the day. There are so many good ones. I usually change it up.

I agree with that. Depending on the type of bagel I have will change if I have a topping on it or not

@amadeo I’m not a big jelly fan myself unless it’s on toast because unlike it with thinner bread. I’m more of a cream cheese person myself. My kids tend to eat there’s dry which is probably why it surprised her that her brother wanted it with jelly. Not like I’m going to tell him no.

@ShyBear88 I do not find this odd. Most people add jelly to it.To give it a bite I am talking about plain ones.
