I have been binge eating lately due to anxiety issues. But it has to be stopped now. or else I’d suffer the consequences. So, I am only having scrambled eggs, pineapples and green mangoes for dinner. Then I’d have a cup of green tea afterwards. So, what are you having for lunch or dinner today?

Binge eating is not good because you will be gaining weight that is hard to shed off.

I used to eat a lot due to anxiety, it is best to work out how to get rid of the anxiety issues if you can.
