Losing weight

I got up this morning. ...
over thinking how am going to lose all this belly fat...
I guess it's going to take a while....but the funny thing is ...I don't want to wait...I just want results...
I wish some how I could just fast farward to having a flat tummy....
Am preparing my breakfast it's more healthy than the word healthy itself...
This is what's on my mind....and it's very much driving me crazy...
Is anyone else out here having weight issues.... because I certainly I'm and trust me the experience isn't pleasing at all....
my whole family now calls me fatty....
I went from being called too skinny ...to fatty...
I mean what else will people say...
I want to get skinny again because I actually like being small...
I gained weight because I've been depressed for a couple yrs or rather long months...and I tend to eat alot when am depressed...it distracts me from thinking u know...so honestly my mylot friends....I do would like your intake on this piece

Exercise and ab toning workouts can definitely help you a lot.

maybe they are just kidding with that "fatty". have you calculated you BMI?
i'm sure you can achieve your goal by eating healthier, exercising and drinking a lot of water and tea.

Loosing weight is not that easy. It takes determination, discipline and patience. I do dancing exercise in the morning and walking atleast 2 hours a day and I loose 2kgs a month. I think the loosing part is depending on your metabolism how fast it can help you out to loose when you exercise and eat less food. I hope this helps
