What food is this?
It is called tahu acar. Tahu is tofu and acar is pickle. But the ingredients are not only tofu and pickles. There are sliced tempeh, bean sprout, celery, fried nut, and rice noodle. The gravy is from sweet soya sauce. Don't forget to add hot chilies.
The taste is amazing
