Remember that first crime committed on earth - brother killing brother?
The perpetrator of the crime was called Cain.
Unfortunately, Cain's progeny has become blatant in the act of killing. It's out in the open, visible for others not just to see but record also in broad daylight.

The police department has become a career path for killers.
In my country, the police are not to be trusted, too. Not all, though.

@eileenleyva yes there are black sheep in the police department. But generally they do their job of protecting the citizens
