Bitter gourd for dinner

I Done cooking sorry for the picture.I do not eat like this when i was a kid because it doesn't taste good.But now, this become one of my favourite. Because of the benefits which help maintain blood sugar and lowers cholesterol levels.

Yes bitter gourd is very healthy but having more bitter ness that's why lot of people don't like..But i like a lot..

Although bitter gourd is a very healthy vegetable, however, I don't like it at all. I don't like anything tastes bitter.

I learned it from my Mom.But yes, Social media is a big help for us like You Tube to learn some cooking technique
