I like the way that seven year old Curtis Rogers with the help of his mother invited their babysitter who has taken care of Curtis for over one year to attend her prom date recently. Rachel, 17, who is a senior at Sanderson High School in Raleigh North Carolina was not able to attend her school prom since the Coronavirus pandemic closed down her school in her senior year. Rachel accepted the invitation from the Rogers family and enjoyed a wonderful time with the young boy by keeping their distance of six feet apart during the celebration. Rachel was happy that despite not being able to attend her school prom, the family of the young boy that she babysat was kind enough to reward her for her wonderful service.

@Deepizzaguy That is so sad she had to miss her prom, but, was able to celebrate with the kid she babysat for. I never went to prom so do not know what it would be like to not be able to attend.

I did not attend any prom myself since I attended an all male Catholic school.

@Deepizzaguy I see. I went to public school and still did not go to prom. I really did not like high school. Too many not nice people.

That was a wonderful gesture. Just too bad she had to miss her real prom.

I know what you mean since the Coronavirus did cancel many proms worldwide.

That was a very thoughtful gesture. It's too bad that so many seniors have had to miss their proms.

It is nice to see that the good deeds of a babysitter were repaid.
