... and my paper, and my ruler, and my eraser....
I have been realizing, working from home on the computer, that a lot of things are easier for me (I'm a dinosaur) on paper. Or the whiteboard in my classroom. I actually went out and bought a whiteboard to use in my online classes... I will use it later in regular life too.
I like to make schedules on paper. Draw lines with a ruler for the days. Use highlighter to color different types of activities.
I like to write down my brainstorming on paper.
I think better with paper in front of me.
And I hardly ever use it! I spend time trying to figure out how to make a chart on the computer or write on my calendar app. It's time to go back to paper.
And I just realized this after starting to teach from home.
Do you like to think on paper too?

I've been the treasurer for a very small church for many years and I still do all of it with notebooks and pen, nothing on computer. It's just easier for me, so I understand how you feel.

If it was numbers, I would be using my calculator. I'm not very good at math.

@petatonicsca I'm really terrible at math, even with a calculator! That's why I do everything by hand and the bank statement has always come out correct to the penny. I'm paranoid about it because it's not my money. Now, my bank statement's another matter, lol. I'm happy if it's no more than $50 off.

Yes, same here. I like paper and pencil or pen. I prefer to write something on paper rather than on my laptop.

Also, your computer can't move it somewhere where you can't find it.
