I have been experiencing what they call zoom fatigue ever since I started working from home during this pandemic. Zoom fatigue is what they call exhaustion from interacting virtually for work most of the day. Honestly, I really do miss the office and my officemates and actually seeing them than in the screen. How about you? Do you also experience this? How is your work from home (WFH) experience so far?

I don't work, and I don't use zoom.

zoom fatigue is a new thing I am hearing. Anything you do for long hours without break leads to fatigue.

How about you? Yes, I experience Zoom fatigue but i think it is 'idiots in office' fatigue that I'm feeling. Do you also experience this? Guess so. How is your work from home (WFH) experience so far? It has been good so far. Really better than working at the office.

I'm not using Zoom, but this zoom fatigue is just a new term for an old side-effect of spending too much time in front of the computer. Here's a rule of the thumb that can help you minimize it. 20-20-20. Every after twenty minutes take a twenty-second break. Stand up, take your eyes from the computer and look at something about twenty feet away.

Thanks! will try to do that. Actually, I think also I have been sitting too long which also adds to the fatigue.

@lealuvy2j yup. Often times, we don't mind the time when we sit in front of the computer.

I never heard of zoom fatigue. I like to work from home sometimes and I like to work else where. There are some days I would rather be alone and get more done.

That is true though. Most days, I can concentrate better when I work alone.I guess being an extrovert and all, I kinda miss people.
