Hi friends, Hope are safe in your home..
This is complete home made South Indian papa.. I think no one known about it only Some part of South Indians known about it.. For preparing this is very hard and also take long time to prepare and also need three to four people to prepare this...
Generally we prepare this papad in Summer season only because it preparation completely done under sunrise..
In short I give preparation details. For this we take old rice, before preparing day we soak the rice and completely drying under sunrise.. Next day using this we preparing nice powder..
For preparing this papad we weak up at early morning 4'O click, my mother prepare rice syrup using this flour (Gangji).
After that we transfer to a small bowl then go roof top of house, then take one neat cotton cloth.. For this we use cotton saris,
With help of kids we put each soap to the cloth, which shape we need that shape we draw using this syrup...
On preparing this syrup we add salt, lemon, chili paste, ginger paste, food color as our taste we add all ingredients on preparation time..
All processes we done before sunrise, because it is Sumner so weather is very hot not possible then after so completely all tasks before sunrise..
Then after we leave those under sunrise until that day sunset..
Then after we bring those papad cloths to under home, turn to another side, in sprinkling water we remove all papad slowly with out getting any damage.. In this process we take help if kids because they enjoy a lot like those activities and my work also complete very fast..
After removing all we transfer to big plate, keep under fan, Tomorrow morning again we put all those under sunrise.. If process we continue until all get completely dry.. Then after we keep all those in a container..
It is home made papad, when we need just deep fry those then enjoy it..
It lost until two to three years too and also get very crispy and taste chips..
In my next post I show how it looking after deep fry..
Can I know many members taste this papad??
