Cheese is a dairy product produced by processing the milk, there are many varities of cheese. The maturing process makes the cheese different like hard cheese, semi hard and soft cheese. Cheese contains lots of proteins, fat, calcium, potassium etc. I was taken aback when i got to know about it Usually nobody consumes donkey milk but there are very expensive cheese made from it.

I have never heard of donkey milk being used to make cheese, but then I have not heard of donkey milk being used for anything. I can identify the names of some cheeses just by looking at them, but it is a job to remember all the names because there are so many different sorts.

Donkeys milk is considered closest to human milk but is very expensive as it can't be mass produced like a cows milk due to lower yield.

Of course, there are people who know the names of these and many more cheeses. You'll need a herd of donkeys if you want to make cheese from their milk. Their udders are tiny.

The only cheeses I know by taste are cheddar, gouda and Swiss (and I don't really like Swiss cheese). I love every other cheese that I've tried. Feta cheese is nice but I don't get it very often. Japanese people tend to eat only processed cheese, which in my opinion is not cheese.

I love cheese but i only know that it came.from milk. A colleague of mine brought a cheese she purchased from Paris, its soft and it has that peculiar smell (rotten), i think i would like to stick to Eden cheese.
