I had a miscarriage :(

3 years of trying to conceive and finally January this year, we confirmed that I was pregnant. The Ob-gyne told us to repeat the ultrasound because there's still no heartbeat and said that it's too early. Two weeks after, still no heartbeat and I had spottings. I was a bit scared so I rushed to the hospital and told my OB about it and she advised that I should bed rest for 2 weeks. So I did. Unfortunately, on my 8th day of bed rest, I had a miscarriage. It's a blighted ovum. Meaning, my pregnancy did not develop. There's no baby inside. Only the placenta and the sac. No matter how much I took care of my pregnancy, when it's still not time for us to have one then it wont happen. But we won't lost hope. We'll keep on trying. And it's a sign that there is still hope in us having a baby soon.
