Who can explain SEO Well For YouTube Videos?

I've started my channel last year on October. This year I made 150+ Videos or contents but my subscribers are only 231 and watch time 300+ when I need 1000+ subscribers and 4000+ watch time but my misfortune that I don't know YouTube video SEO process. I use relevant tags and title and try to upload video regularly but result is not so good. I may consult an expert later. But you mylotters also can share your knowledge about this Thanks in advance. I had high hopes for viral things on my channel too when I started it 12 yrs ago But I gave up. So don't know how some do it

I am not concentrating on my youtube channel . I post once in a month or so , and the total number of suscribers I have is around 15 , I started my channel around April last year .
