Chicken meat with chayote cooked in a stew for lunch

I forgot to took picture of it because i am hungry already.
It's very hot outside and having a slurp of chicken meat soup increases high temperature i wanna swim in the bath. Cannot go outside to swim on the beach so bathroom is the key for now.
What's your lunch today anything in mind?

That's tinola with moringa leaf with chayote..I just remembered my moringa whom I'm drying today

Nice to see you use moringa ( Drumstick plant ) leaves for food preparation. Indians ( particularly south Indians) use moringa sticks and leaves for cooking.

@Shunnan yes moringa leaves and the fruit are very healthy.
