Overcooked sweet potato

My fried potato is overcooked. I think it is bad idea to eat them. The taste is not delicious anymore, but little bit bitter.

It is not decent to eat i think

Why the need to boil the potatoes before frying. You can fry potatoes raw.Thats how it should be done.

Don't eat it. But put it in your compost bin to make it into fertilizer for the plants.

Hear you doing over deep fry not boil.. If you boil it just becomes smash that's all.. But hear you do over deep fry that's why it give bitter taste.. So just throw away don't eat..
