It was hot, but that was what we did--where my bro's girlfriend had set up. She brought McDonald's over for lunch, and my nephew had ordered a chicken sandwich (or McChicken, whatever they call them). He took one bite and didn't want to eat the rest. I tried to encourage him to eat it, saying it was "A big chicken nugget on a bun", but he wouldn't eat it. Brother's GF went to get something he would eat (some fruit, but he didn't get the treat he was going to get 'cause he didn't eat lunch). Not wanting it to go to waste, I ate the chicken sandwich myself. I realized that my nephew hadn't wanted to eat it, because somehow the people at McD's gave him a buffalo/spicy chicken sandwich. If I noticed it was spicy, I can't imagine what it felt like on a seven-year old's tounge). Bro's GF brought back a container of cut up melons and a hummus and cracker snack, which he ate. On the Zoom session, my brother's GF did her thing with them, and I read a story. After they left, I took Angel for a walk, then came home and fed her. I enjoy those sessions, I'm glad my brother's GF suggested it.
