The last slice of the smoked ham was about to get ready for Luna´s dinner if I did not eat it soon.
And as I don´t like to give that sort of luxurious food to Luna (much as I love her), I made an omelet with an egg, the diced slices and sliced bunch onions. That, with a couple of buttered toasts and a cup of coffee, made a delicious "tea" time.
I don´t know if I will eat more. I do know I have to go to the kitchen to arrange part of the meat I bought. Only half of it is in the freezer.

It was marvelous. I will leave for tomorrow what I was going to cook for dinner. And I´ll eat some lemmon cookies.

I try to use all leftovers. If I can´t Luna eats them, but then she eats less dog food.

@RubyHawk It depends on the sort of leftovers. As I live alone, I make all sorts of one person omelets with bits of rice, pasta, cauliflower, you name it.
