Idli with Tomato Chutney

Hi friends, I complete my breakfast, now I get little free time so I spending hear..
Today I prepare Idli for breakfast with combination tomato Chutney.. This is one of my kid favorite dish.. This combination they like a lot..
For preparing Idli is very simple but need batter.. So we prepare batter before day on adding rice, urand dal we prepare batter.. Then we leave at lest 8 hours for fermentation then only it ready for use..
Next day morning on using Idli molds we prepare Idli.. It is complete healthy dish.. Hear we use complete steam with out use any oil so it is very healthy..
I think all most all though out my country lot if people take Idli as their breakfast..
Can I know how many members taste it before??

Yes for preparing it take time but cooking it take only 5 minutes only..

@Lavanya15 i don't know what vessel you use but it takes minimum 10 minutes to cook the idlys if made in pressure cooker without the wistle weight.

@jayanth_77 we don't use pressure cooker, we use different product to cook this.. It take 5-6 minutes to cook no need more..

My favourite breakfast. Healthy to eat . Having idlies with Chutney made of tomatoes or coconut tastes very delicious.

It's yummy and one of my favorite dishes. I like to eat with tomato chutney as well as coconut and daliya chutney too. Sambhar is also I love it with idli and we mostly make it in dinner. if it's leftover then we make it fry in the next morning which we use in breakfast.

For preparing batter we need Idli rice, urand Dal.. Those main ingredients for preparing this dish..
