Choose to Ignore

I choose to ignore. There are some things that do not need much importance. I think it would be good to give some things or persons the cold-shoulder treatment.
It is one way of not stressing too much. I would not want myself to be in that situation that the heart ailment I have will be complicated again. I would not want to be in that situation that I might be sitting on a chair throughout the day because of some persons giving me the problems.
It is so hard to keep myself cool. Everyday, my mantra of NO TALK, NO MISTAKE is always put to test.
Yes, I choose to ignore. Even in this site, I will choose to ignore some who challenge my mind and emotions.

Choosing to ignore is what I do in social media and in forums. When I don't want to the topic then I skip it.

@ridingbet to be frank, I am choosy with the topic so I don't react to other discussions that is not interesting to me. Like you, I want to interact with someone on my level. I am very intellectual, waheehee, joke.

@ridingbet health care providers have the best attitude when it comes to the so-called "patience". Are you a doctor? nurse?

thanks for the hugs.
while it is true that our patience is tested when we meet toxic people, i guess for me, i have to extend my patience. i am a pasensyosa. it is expected of me because i am a health care provider.

@bestie i am a nurse/clinical instructor. i was in the clinical/hospital setting from 1981 to 2004, and i only have had 3 workplaces. as long as i am contented with a workplace, i stay there for quite a long time.

i agree with you. right now, i am having this normally occasional ''violent'' interaction with this person at home- last night again, but i am already in my post-graduate studies of MYOB knowledge. i cannot afford to be sick; hence, ignore ignore, ignore

i think it is also an attitude to perceive what makes us like something or somebody; choosing to ignore is free will already, right?
