Eat right

I love chocolate a lot. We all love to eat but remember, not all food is good and healthy for us.We need to let go of unhealthy food and junk food These can affect our health.
If we eat a lot of pork and salty food we can be prone to hypertension. if we indulge in a lot of sweets we can get Diabetes.
We need to take care of our body eat what is right.
Exercise self -discipline and we can do so only with God's help.
I hope that you only eat what is right to your body and to your health.

Yes correctly said..due to those taste we attract a lot to chocolates and chips too but those are unhealthy.. Need control on it..have a nice day.

I love chocolates too but I don`t always eat it only sometimes and very little just enough to satisfy my cravings

I eat a mixture of junk food and healthy foods. I try to eat foods that are good for you, but like you I really love chocolate!
