Guava fruits in my backyard

Every morning, when I wake up I will go to my backyard. And looking if there are fruits bearing of my guava tree. I seen some guava fruits that is already ripe. This fruit detoxified my body. Thank you, guava tree you help me a lot for my health. How about you? Is guava fruit good to your body?

yes guava fruit is very good for our body. it boosts your immune system, helps in weight loss, good for skin, lovers blood sugar , contains dietary fiber , good for digestion and so on

@vilma143 I too like guava fruit. there are many varities of guava - fruit with inside white colour , inside red colour and seedless variety. it is called amrudh in India

Yes it have plenty of benefits on taking daily.. But my kids don't like due to its inner seeds lol.

I like guavas especially the ripe ones but I don't see them as often now than when we were kids, we climbed a lot of guava trees.

@louievill, Yes, the ripe one is good, , yes, thinking when we are kids before, this is the reason why we always cutting classes and absent from the class.

@vilma143 , guava and aratilis are the favorite climbing trees in our country because it's not very high. I still know how to make a slingshot up to now from the guava tree branch.

Guava is best for diabetic patients too.. I love guava but due to lock down not getting hear.. But your fruits are looking very beautiful and mouth get watering lol.

We don't have any guava trees growing here that I know of, but I have eaten guava for the pleasure of it. Delicious!

@vilma143 I have had guava so many times. Back in the days when I was young we could eat so many of them. We had like 5 trees in our garden but my dad cut them down.??

@LowRiderX It taste crunchy like apple if it is not so ripe, but if it is ripe and over ripe it is soft to bite the guava fruit.

Guava removes toxins from our body.It also gives relief in constipation.We should eat a guava everyday.You are lucky to have a guava tree.

When i red the first sentence, it blow my mind to remember my lovely hometown. I did what you do everyday when I was there. There were many fruits there. About my favorite, I love Durians, however some people do not like it. But it's not everytime available. Usually i take guava, and fruit star. Fruit star is a fruit has much benefit to body.
