I have a balance in Payoneer around 21 $, the problem is to be able to withdraw the money at a local bank requires a minimum of 50 $. Is anyone willing to tell me where to get a site that is willing to pay members through Payoneer?

I have a Payoneer account and also Paypal. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Payoneer has a credit card physically but the fee is greater. Each year pays a fee of $ 30 and costs about $ 3 per transaction. This is still added monthly fees. While Paypal does not have a credit card and only takes $ 2 each withdrawal balance.
