Exercise time

When we are at that moment of exercising, whether in the gym or at home, we need extra motivation because sometimes tiredness is so much that we intend to leave everything like this and not continue, that's why here I bring you some advice so as not to lose that motivation.
Put on some music.
Put the music of your preference, the one you like and motivates you but try not to be light or relaxing music because that would have a side effect for our goal.
Do the exercises continuously.
Between exercises we know that there should be a short period of rest, I recommend that it is not so long, because then the body cools down and when motivation is lost, we also know that perhaps the body can hurt if we do them continuously, it recommends having rest periods between exercises of 30 seconds.
Work different areas per day.
If one day you work the abdominals, the next day you should work the legs, and the next the arms, only this way we would avoid an injury or force the body a lot. We are human and the body speaks to us in different ways.
Lots of hydration.
Especially water, because perhaps another liquid to hydrate us could be harmful, so it is recommended to drink a lot of liquid and this is how a better result will be reflected in the body and the brain as well.

That's the best time to make exercises, I like in the night but everyone prefer in morning, it's better.

@SHOHANA Yes, that's ideal, but after exercises, it's great to take a shower and sleep, nice resting.

Yes while exercising we must play music so that we don't stressed . Taking break while exercising is also important. Exercising all parts of the body is equally important. Drinking water is also important to keep ourselves hydrated.
