Homemade eggless mayonnaise

Everyday I strive to learn something new.today iv learnt how to make eggless mayonnaise.used whole milk,oil, lemon juice,salt,sugar,garlic.put oil in freezer for 45minutes,milk and lemon for 15minutes.put them all in a blender and blended.that simple and it turned out great,creamy, tasty and healthier than the ones I buy.

I also try but not getting correctly, I need more practice I think. Sure I try once soon.

That`s a good idea. For now, I don`t learn something new with my cooking. I just cook what I know and easy to prepare

Yes my wife also try same process but not get correct mayonnaise,finally it become waterry don't know the reason.
