I am living in India. Here some of the weight lose programs are Herbalife and Indusviva. But I Prefer natural way to lose our weight like exercising and balanced diet.

Remember always;eat plenty of fruits and vegetables,drink plenty of water,but dont also skip meals,it won't help.
