Late night work

Most of the people's habit is such they are work till late night and their wake up time is odd like 10 am or 11 am. They not wake up early morning. But I feel most of the headache problem is face by those person who sleep late night. Do you have such habit? What you think this is good habit or everyone should change their habit to make healthy and fit body.

As long as you sleep 8 full hours, it doesn't matter what time you go to bed. We need to adapt to our jobs to earn a living.

Sometimes it is not an habit but compulsion. some people have to work late night sometimes upto 5 o clock in the morning. They have no other go but sleep till afternoon.

No...I can't sleep till so.late at all. I wake up maximum by 8 am
