If some thing is wrong, its wrong.
And really , if someone has made a mistake and is wrong, and the mistake is pointed out, why should it hurt the feelings.
Surely people can just accept being wrong without feelings getting hurt

@JimBo452020 I do agree that it should be corrected. However, some people cannot accept being corrected. If this person does not want to be corrected, it is better to stop dealing with him or her. Would you agree?
@marlina Thanks for agreeing with @JimBo452020

Well, correct someone, then leave it. Simple as that.
Doesnt matter if they want to be corrected or not

One thing that is easy to identify is when we are in a good mood, we all feel comfortable and we forgive everything. We can smile at the mischief of the children, enough to tolerate a harsh speech, seemingly unacceptable things, we can easily compromise. At those times, it seemed that the whole world became peaceful, everything went smoothly.

as teachers, i think it is our responsibility, duty and privilege to correct themistakes of our students; on a more personal level though, it is hard for me so i should still talk to the person in the most calm and subtle manner

@aureategloom I will rather stay away from them though. It is a waste of time.

It really depends on the person if that person will accept their mistakes.
