My cat is acting weird lately

So my cat (Yuling) and my brother’s cat (Oliver) always fight. Oliver is older than Yuling. 4 days ago, they had a bad fight. Based on what I seemed, Oliver is setting the house as his territory. So after the fight, I found Yuling always hiding and distant. He’s no longer playful and jolly anymore. I felt sad so I keep hugging and kissing him. Then today, i found him outside playing again with the neighbor’s cat. Thank goodness, his OK.
Do you have cats in the house? What do you do if they’re fighting?
I am worried that the fighting will continue

I have one cat and her name is Sophie. She fights with me at times because she gets angry at me at times. Can you separate them and make sure they both feel comfortable and do not have to hide from each other.

They are acting like siblings and siblings fight. Maybe they will always fight or is there something that can be done to bring them back together again that they will like each other again?

It’s almost impossible. They used to be friends when they were kittens. I don’t know for some reason they fight.

I have 12 indoor cats @unsulliedcatt and if they even look like a paw is coming up to slap, I state quite plainly, "NO!!" It works every time. They turn in walk in opposite directions.

My two cats are brothers they play and fight sometimes. Mostly they get along with each other.

Animals do not keep a grudge against each other like humans. One day they fight the next day they play again. It's normal.

Yes having but having one with its own pets.. So not seen any fight between them.
