Chinese hot and sour soup.

Have you ever had hot and sour soup? This is from Taiwan restaurant in Willow Glen in San Jose. It has,egg,cabbage,chicken and other I gradients. It is a classic soup. Have you ever had it, and if so, do you like it. Do you have a favorite Chinese soup?

I think I had a taste of that in a restaurant when we were in Taiwan. The strips are from the young bamboo?

I do not recall that I have had hot and sour soup. Is there won ton soup? If so, that is what I had.
