Bad Dream

I woke up with a heavy heart. I am kind of aware that I had real bad dream, but I can no longer remember the exact scenario. Maybe because I have been sad and depressed lately. Do you have bad dreams often?

When I dream of something interesting or emotional, I write down the gist. Within a minute you will tend to forget the details unless you write it down.

No, but I do have them. When I get them, I pray. Sometimes I get a dream of a place I've never seen before, then I see it on TV!

@freelancermariagrace It stuck with me. Then within a week there it was on TV!!! When my Mother passed, grieving and crying myself to sleep, I thought to myself if I could just see her one last time.. I dreamt we were riding the bus coming home from applying for LIHEAP. We always treated ourselves to lunch and was a favorite time for us. We reached Ala Moana Shopping Center as usual, I woke up.

@freelancermariagrace There is no way I can change it when I am sleeping. After I wake up. I will just leave it alone.

It happens with me too but not often. If it happens frequently then you need to pull yourself out of depression as soon as you can. I know it's easier said than done though. It's important to go into the sleep state with a peaceful mind. Try to listen to some good music or read a good book or even just keep posting on Mylot until you fall asleep. This might help keeping you away from negative thoughts while falling asleep. Take good care.
