Is it the right time ? Should it ?
No
My answer is No
Because,
Why would any government want to risk their citizens getting that virus in the name of education ? Isnt Online classes plenty enough ?

I read some news online that schools where going to reopen here soon . I think most parents will not let their children go to school for their own safety . Because if one child or staff gets it , the whole school gets it , so wheather or not the schools open worldwide , I would say , has long has the virus is around not a good idea to sent them to school yet .
What's your opinion ?

In your country, it is a definite no! Currently, you have more 380 thousand confirmed cases. Including the 1,190 added today. Those numbers alone are indicators that it is not safe for your schools to reopen. Or at least face-to-face classes should not be allowed.
However, home-school or remote learning could be implemented. This way, education could continue without putting the learners at risk.

@KityCat online class is just one of the alternatives. Modular classes, where. the learners are given printed modules, is another.

I'm glad that our school decided to finish the school year (June) online and also do summer school online. (This means I can make money teaching summer school too!) Japanese schools reopened a couple weeks ago, now we are seeing another upswing in virus cases, but doing contact tracing most of them are spread through "night life" or close contact with caregivers, not schools.
